Hi, I’m Eric Ziminsky — Associate Broker, business partner, and yes, Becky’s husband!
What makes my path to real estate unique is the foundation I built long before earning my license. For years I worked alongside Becky as an integral part of the Pinnacle Realty Group team — learning the business from the inside out, supporting our clients, and helping grow the brokerage into what it is today. Becoming a licensed Associate Broker was simply the natural next step in a journey that has been years in the making.
That’s what Pinnacle Realty Group is all about. We truly believe we are ALL in this together.
My story is a lot like Becky’s — and it should be, considering we have spent more than half our lives together! Here’s the short version:
I come from a strong construction background, spending nearly 20 years building and remodeling. I did just about everything in the construction process — from the ground up. I spent years building dream homes for others, and after Becky and I got married, we built our very first home together back East.
As much as we loved that life, we knew in our hearts that Colorado was where we wanted to raise our growing family. After some searching, Pagosa Springs turned out to be the perfect fit — and we have never looked back.
When we first arrived, I was still in construction but quickly transitioned into home inspections, a natural fit given my background. I spent a successful decade in that field, developing a keen eye for properties and a deep understanding of what makes a home truly sound. That expertise proved invaluable as Pinnacle Realty Group continued to grow and I became more deeply involved in the business.
Between my years in construction, home inspections, and working hand in hand with Becky to build Pinnacle Realty Group, I bring a well-rounded and uniquely grounded perspective to every transaction.
