WHO WE ARE
In 2009, our family left the East Coast in search of the perfect mountain town. We found Pagosa Springs and never looked back. In 2012, Becky and Eric Ziminsky founded Pinnacle Realty Group, and we’ve since grown to serve the Western Slope too.
We’ve bought, built and remodeled properties of our own, so we understand real estate from more than one side of the table. Our team is small on purpose: Becky, Eric, and our newest broker, Kristina “Kricket” Olin, a former backcountry ranger who knows Western Slope land and trails inside and out.
